Before the order is approved, all orders placed on our website will pass through both the bank verification process and the goldamericas.com risk assessment team. Until the order is approved and the invoice is raised, your credit card will be charged and if there is any ambiguity we might ask for further information about your identification such as Identification ID, driving license or any utility bills. With the verification process your order will be dispatched immediately, otherwise your amount will be refunded to you within 24 to 48 hours and you will be notified over the phone or by email.

All deliveries on goldamericas.com are mailed and insured on the basis of the delivery location through United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL and FedEx.

As of now, we do not ship to post office boxes; Goldamericas.com does not recognize orders with varying shipping and billing addresses for the safety of our clients. Please contact our email address info@GoldAmericas.com to process your order if there are special circumstances.

As per our company's terms and conditions, customers are not allowed to change the shipping address once the package is shipped.

For certain packages, an adult signature is required, the shipping address can under no circumstances be changed once the package has been shipped out. Even if we call them, USPS and DHL will not be able to change the address, the package can only be returned to us, or you can go to the USPS or DHL station to show them your ID and pick up the package.

Please note that orders may take extra time for selecting payment methods to process (1 to 2 days). Goldamericas.com will send a monitoring email to the client instantly after the courier has picked up the package.

Customers are recommended to inspect their packages before signing for the package for any tampering or harm upon receipt of shipment.
